A. Your creativity inspires your traffic, so choose whatever suits you best! However, any account names related to child pornography, fisting, movies, music files, trademarked names, warez sites, celebrity names or anything of this ilk will not be allowed.

Q. I have a domain already, can I use my existing domain?
A. Yes, but you must get your domain name pre-approved first. Just remember that you can only put up banners for the approved affiliate programs, Marketing Extensions and PlatinumBucks. Please contact support@PlatinumFreeHost.com with your domain name for approval.

Q. Do I get statistics with my site?
A. Currently, the sites don't come with statistics.

Q. How do I promote my site? Are there any restrictions?
A. There are several ways to promote your site and a few restrictions. Please see our list: Approved Traffic Resources.

Q. What content is not allowed?
A. No illegal content, movie files, music files or software are allowed. See our Usage Guidelines for more information on what is not acceptable. Failure to comply will result in account termination.

Q. Can I put up multiple banners?
A. Yes, as long as they are for the approved affiliate programs, Marketing Extensions and PlatinumBucks. And remember, with PlatinumFreeHost, you can design you site to your individual specifications.

Q. What is the file size restriction?
A. Each graphic can be no larger than 200K. Any file uploaded that is larger than 200K will automatically be removed.

Q. What are the limits on FTP/Online File Manager access?
A. There are no limits and you can access your site any time.

Q. What is the PlatinumFreeHost policy on spamming?
A. If you are discovered spamming your site via any means, we will terminate your account.

Q. Can I send bulk e-mails that refer to my site on my server?
A. PlatinumFreeHost does not condone any unsolicited e-mail, even if the mail goes out on a different server. Doing so will result in account termination.

A. The server does not accept cgi scripts or Front Page extensions.

Q. Can I have a pay site on PlatinumFreeHost?
A. No.

Q. Can I have a Celebrity Site on your free hosting server?

Q. Why aren't my files uploading to the server?
A. Possibly, there are unapproved links inside the file. The only links out allowed by the PlatinumFreeHost server are to our Sponsors and Approved Traffic Resources.

Q. What languages are acceptable for my site?
A. At this time, only English-language sites are supported.
